Kim Celotto

Kim is a former classroom teacher dedicated to supporting the social and emotional wellbeing of today’s youth.

As a former classroom teacher, as well as current curriculum coordinator and Partner Success Advocate, Kim has experienced the importance of social emotional learning as a vital part of students’ education.

Kim has worked with students of various ages, backgrounds and abilities throughout her professional career. She began her education receiving a BS in social work, and extended her education receiving an MS in elementary education and 6th year degree in remedial reading.

Part of her teaching experience has involved teaching social emotional learning to middle school students and taking on the role of SEL Ambassador for her district. Kim now supports teachers with the Connecticut Educators Rising curriculum as well as offers her education skills to support Respectful Ways partnership with schools.
