Pamela has made a name for herself with 20 years’ experience in the Educational Arena.

A proud native of Atlanta, Pam is the owner and Program Director of LOOP Learning, LLC, an educational services and consulting firm with a focus on strengthening families and communities. As an innovator with 12 years of Family Engagement experience, specifically with program planning, implementation, development, and compliance review based on Federal and State guidelines according to the 2015 Title I, Part A, Every Student Succeeds (ESSA) Act.

A trailblazer in her prior roles, she was awarded the Fulton County Schools’ Support Employee of the Year in 2010. And as a Family Academic Engagement Specialist, she became a torchbearer, imparting knowledge, truth, and inspiration into the lives of school-based parent liaisons, assisting them in implementing family academic workshops and providing services to more than 100 + principals, instructional coaches, students and parents annually. She prides herself on making an impact in the world through building positive and constructive connections with those she encounters both professionally and personally.

She has demonstrated her exemplary character and skills throughout time. She is a true professional because she took ownership of all aspects of the Family Engagement Program within the districts and cluster of schools she served to ensure that everything worked smoothly. Her interpersonal skills are excellent. She is a peacemaker –always looking at the positive or the brighter side of any situation. She prides herself on being helpful and resourceful.

As a parent advocate, she has further served the community, parents, and students in a variety of roles which includes volunteering for many years in several capacities within the Parent Teachers Association (PTA), and as a Local School Council Member during her sons’ school-aged years.

An enthusiastic, caring educator who believes that youth and adults can learn and prosper in any learning environment, that is exciting, comforting, and appropriate to their abilities. She has demonstrated this with over 21 years instructing and educating students as a Youth Leader, Sunday School Teacher and General Education Development (GED), Facilitator where she designed, developed and implemented activities and educational lessons making certain students of all ages increase their knowledge.

She is an Alumni of Strayer University with an M.Ed., in Education Management and a dual degree (BA) in Leadership and Biblical Studies. She is energetic, hardworking and creative. As a devoted wife, of 24 years and the loving mother of 2 handsome sons, Pam states, she is “Just a servant whose heart has been tendered by God.”

Blessed with the gift of service, Pam love for educating, empowering and training parents for action is key to her quest to “Promote Learning at Home.”

Today, in her role as a professional Educational Consultant, she believes in maintaining a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose, and constantly striving for significant outcomes.

Thus, Pam is the essence of a true leader.
